Ayub research own set rules in search & discovery include;
Evidence - based, bioassay - guided extraction of phytochemicals of plants used over centuries by mankind cultures as medicine.
It’s more toward exclusion of non-functioning part rather than “picking-up” active molecules.
Physical rather than chemical extraction, purification, and processing techniques has been strictly adopted.
When required, solvents and carries used should be “native” to the plant under study. i.e. natural to the plant. Still, other chemical solvents and techniques can be used as “control” to assess main process.
Native Eco-Parameters Simulation Concept
Nature products are made through certain environment conditions and natural processors.
To make sure that a natural product is still “natural”, retaining its natural characteristics; post-harvest man-made processing parameters should be within the native natural parameters that product was naturally produced through and maintained.
Introduction of unnatural processing (chemical, physical or/and biological), if not well planned; would mostly ameliorate, and in many cases; deteriorate it’s natural characteristics to some extent.
With nature laws violation, we would not expect a natural baby. It's more like disassemble jigsaw puzzle using a scissor rather than taking apart!
That's what made revising phyto-pharmaceutical protocols crucial, driving us toward a native eco-parameter simulation as an own set rule.
That would apply on processing temperatures, exposure to chemicals like solvents, ionizing affects, etc.
The same concept would be applicable in formulating a research product out. The natural carrier of a natural product is our best guess carrier. Undesired chemical reactions, decomposition / recompositions, and instabilities can be ruled out in this case.
An added advantage would be an absolutely chemical contamination free research product that is exceptionally stable and of longer than expected shelf life.

In the course of its research projects, Ayub Research Lab had to investigate, develop, and eventually come up with innovations in the field of medicinal plants extraction, fractionation, and purification as per own set standards native eco-parameters simulation concept.
Ultimately this work led to the emerge of few engineering innovations in the fields of distillation, fractional distillation, Bio-extraction, ultrasonication, and cooling technology.
